1. About ENCORE
ENCORE is a micro independent business based in Morges, Switzerland, creating handmade accessories, décor and personalised pieces using reclaimed materials wherever possible.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the ENCORE online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Products and handmade variations
ENCORE products are handmade using reclaimed materials wherever possible. Because of the nature of handmade and reclaimed materials, each piece is unique.
Small variations in colour, pattern placement, texture, dimensions and finish may occur and are not considered defects.
New materials may be used where necessary for functionality, durability or finishing.
Product availability may depend on the reclaimed materials currently available, and designs or fabric selections may change over time.
3. Personalised and custom orders
Customers are responsible for checking all names, letters and other personalised information before placing an order.
Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded because of spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer. If ENCORE makes an error and the finished item does not match the information provided with the order, please contact us so that we can make it right.
Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged except where there is a defect, damage or an error made by ENCORE. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
4. Memory Pieces and customer-supplied textiles
For products made from clothing or textiles supplied by the customer, the customer understands and agrees that the materials will be cut and permanently altered during production.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, unused fabric, offcuts and remaining material will not be returned. By sending textiles to ENCORE for a custom piece, you agree that any material remaining after your order is completed may be kept and reused by ENCORE as reclaimed material for future projects. Customers should therefore only send textiles they are comfortable having cut, altered and retained in this way.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that textiles sent to ENCORE are clean and suitable for use. The cost of sending customer-supplied textiles to ENCORE is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
The appearance of the finished piece will depend on the materials provided. Where there is not enough customer-supplied material to complete the design, ENCORE may combine it with carefully selected reclaimed materials, as described on the relevant product page.
5. Orders
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including your products, delivery details and any personalised information.
After an order is placed, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.
ENCORE may contact you if additional information is required to complete a personalised or custom order.
In exceptional circumstances, ENCORE may need to cancel an order, for example if a product cannot be made or there has been an obvious pricing or availability error. If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by ENCORE, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before the order is completed.
Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.
7. Shipping and delivery
ENCORE currently ships within Switzerland only.
As many ENCORE products are handmade or made to order, preparation times may vary. Estimated preparation and delivery information is provided on the website where applicable.
Delivery times provided by ENCORE or the shipping carrier are estimates. ENCORE is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by the postal or delivery service or circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns, refunds and problems with an order
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact ENCORE as soon as possible if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Personalised and custom-made products are subject to the specific conditions described above and in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The ENCORE name, branding, original photographs, graphics, written content and original designs displayed on this website may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Website and information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on the ENCORE website are accurate.
If an obvious error or incorrect information is discovered, ENCORE may correct it. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where necessary.
The website may occasionally be unavailable or affected by technical issues outside ENCORE's control.
11. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the ENCORE store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the store and processes certain information necessary to provide its services.
12. Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version available on the website at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made from ENCORE are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
